Small early/mid C19 2-storey building refronted with early C20 2-storey shop front.

The shop front projects at centre with rounded corners and doorway on splay at centre, and central doorway to upper floor in recess, entablature above with deep frieze and blind case. The 1st floor windows repeat the form of the ground floor but without doors and with decorative cast iron cresting above. Black-glazed pantile roof. At rear painted flint cobbles with sash window.

Nos 18, 20 and 22, Cromer Baptist Church and Nos 26 and 28 Church Street together with Nos 1 to 7 (consec) The Gangway including No 1 Surrey Street form a group.
