MARKET LAVINGTON HIGH STREET SU 0054-0154 (north side) 12/140 No 1 (The Post Office) GV II House at end of row, formerly a bakery. C17 and C18. Rendered, with tiled roof. Two storeys, 3 bays. C19 shallow bay shopfront at centre with half glazed door all under corniced fascia.

Sixteen-paned sashes with segmental headed openings and stone sills. C18 stack to right in rear pitch of roof and a rebuilt external stack to left gable. Slate lean-to across rear with flat roofed dormer.

Interior has chamfered ceiling beam to left bay without chamfer stops.
