WATLEDGE ROAD 1 . 5227 (north-east side) Theescombe Pavillion immediately to north-east of Dunkirk Manor SO 8400 5/3A II GV 2.

Circa 1700. Rubble with cotswold stone roof. Two storeys on segmental barrel vaulted cellar. Ground floor has mullion window with rebated chamfer mouldings, first floor has long windows with raised surrounds. The south front has 2 long windows and a Victorian bay with 3 light Gothic windows. Doors to north.
