BOURTON-ON-THE-HILL MAIN STREET SP 1732 (north side) 10/49 Manor House (right) Manor Farmhouse (left) GV II Former manor house now house and farmhouse semi-detached. C18 with C19 and C20 extensions at rear. Coursed squared and dressed limestone, C20 concrete tile roof with limestone gable end coping, C20 artificial stone stacks. Plan: rectangular main body with contemporary parallel extension to rear of farmhouse. C20 extension rear right of house with C19 outshut - infilling gap on left. 2 storeys 5-windowed; 12-pane sashes within moulded stone architraves with bull-nosed sills. 4 steps up to central C20 glazed door to house within moulded stone architrave with flat moulded hood over. Farmhouse entered from side.
