Earlier C19 in Greek Revival style. The east return forms the north end bay of terrace (cf. Nos 1-3, consec, The Plains). Fore street front, 3 storeys and attic; symmetrical 3 window facade. Welsh slate roof. Stucco with plain pilaster strips between window bays. Plain cornice and pediment with blocking course. Acroteria on quoins. Plain 1st floor band. Sill bands to 2nd floor windows. Recessed sash windows with glazing bars; architraved 2nd floor window; 1st floor windows with console-bracketed cornices. Lunette in tympanum, Modem ground floor shop front.
