Shop with flat over. Early C19. Rendered brick with hipped clay plain tile roof behind high parapets. 3 storeys and cellars. Second floor has a small square attic, double-hung sash window with small panes either side of a blind window. First floor has a recessed tripartite double-hung sash window with small panes either side of a conventionally proportioned blind window recess. Ground floor has rendered panel with moulded surround, a squat tripartite double-hung sash window with small panes and C19 shop front. The latter has fascia with console ends, cornice hood and shop front of 2 large panes. Recessed entrance to shop and to flat. INTERIOR: contains generous early C19 dogleg staircase and many contemporary doors, architraves and simple plaster cornices.
