Farmhouse, late C16 with mid C19 alterations. 2 storeys. The C16 section comprises a 2-cell lobby-entrance house. Timber framed and plastered in C19 panels, the ground storey underbuilt in C19 red brick, now painted.

Plaintiled roofs; C17 axial chimney of red brick and a rear C19 chimney. 3- light mid C19 casements, those at ground storey with transomes. C19 gabled brick entrance porch with spike finial, arched doorway with boarded partly glazed door. The hall has C16 chamfered floor joists and an open fireplace with cambered lintel. Principal members exposed elsewhere. Wind-braced clasped purlin roof. A small hipped service block was added to rear in C18, and a parlour added to front right in mid C19, when the facade was remodelled.
