II* GV 2.

A C15-C16 timber-framed building, originally incorporating No 39 which is now re-faced. All the timber-framing is exposed with plaster infill.

Restored and renovated. Two storeys. The upper storey is jettied on the whole front on exposed joists, a much weathered embattled bressumer, curved brackets and shafts with moulded capitals. Four window range of casements, mostly with glazing bars. No 35 has a 4 centred arched doorway. Roofs tiled. Graded for its particular group value.
