2 houses, formerly vicarage, now offices. c1800, with late C20 alterations. Ashlar and brick, with hipped slate roof and 2 side wall, single gable and single ridge stacks. Rusticated ashlar ground floor, sillbands, moulded wooden eaves. 3 storeys; 6 window range. Windows are 12 pane sashes with brick flat arches. Above, 9 pane sashes with brick flat arches. Below, a 5-panel door with overlight, flanked by two 12 pane sashes, and then to left, a similar door. INTERIOR not inspected.
