House, now offices. c1845, with late C19 and early C20 additions. Brick with ashlar and stucco dressings and hipped slate roof with 2 ridge stacks. Dentilled wooden eaves. 3 storeys; 4 window range. Windows have multi keystone lintels. Four 12 pane sashes and above, four 9 pane sashes. Off-centre pilastered stucco doorcase with cornice and panelled door with overlight. To left, a plain sash. To right, 2 altered 6 pane sashes. Right return, to Campo Lane, has a 12 pane and a 6 pane sash and to right, an early C20 paired plain sash. Above, two 5 pane sashes. Below, a wooden Classical doorcase with cornice and 6-panel door and overlight, flanked to left by a blocked door. To right, two 6-pane sashes. INTERIOR not inspected.
