House C17 with later alterations. Rubble walls, roughcast with whitewash.
Slate roof. End chimney stacks, right hand one has circular shaft. 2 storeys.
Central board door with single storey stone porch With benches and slate roof probably added later. 6-paned sash window to right of door, C20 casement to left. 3 small 4-paned sash windows to upper floor. Interior has some original doors and panelling and a cupboard dated 1716. It also has an old mural stair (now blocked up) according to the owner. See also RCHM p.231.
