Well House

Detached cottage. Probably C17. Cob and brick walls. Thatched roof. Brick stack. Two-room plan. One storey and attics. Ledged door, in a late brick and tiled porch. Ground floor has two casement windows - one with cast iron lights.

Attic has one dormer with casements and cast iron lights. Interior has large open fireplace and deep chamfered beams in ground floor ceiling.
