DARTINGTON SX7862-SX7962 WEEK 12/181 Wellhouse or Pigsty approximately 13 metres S of Woodcott

GV II

Wellhouse or pigsty. Probably late C18 or C19. Local limestone and slate rubble. Pyramidal scantle roof.

Small square-on-plan single cell building with doorway on the north side.

One storey. There are no openings in the walls except for a doorway to the left of the north side which has a C20 plank door.

The roof is very overgrown with ivy.
