Cottage in the middle of a row of 3. Mid C19. Blocked plastered brick, slate roof.

Double-depth plan with entrance hall to right of centre containing stairs, with the main reception room to the left, and smaller room to the right, and service rooms behind. 2 axial stacks.

Front: asymmetrical 3-window range; two 16-pane hornless sash windows to first floor, the central window (above the door) blocked. 2 similar sash windows to left of doorway, another to right. Doorway with moulded canopy on console brackets, panelled reveals; panelled door with rectangular fanlight with glazing bars. Half- glazed inner door with rectangular fanlight with margin panes.
