SX 45 SW MAKER-WITH-RAME THE CLEAVE (west side), Kingsand
House. Circa 1750 with C19 alterations. Rubble, rendered, lined out to front, slate roof with gable end stacks. Central entrance with room to right and left, rear service wing to left.
3 storeys and 5 windows, all 8-pane sashes, central wooden porch with outer double doors and inner panelled door, 2-tier cornice with dentils and modillions.
Interior: Not accessible. This is an unusually large house for Kingsand and is said to retain fine internal features.
