Earlier C19 refronting of older building; remodelled interior and renovated front by Barclay's Bank in 1967. 3 storeys. 2 paired windows. Hipped Welsh slate roof.

Plastered front. Modillion eaves cornice. Jacobean frieze at 1st floor level imitating No 16. Ground floor faced with modern slate, 1st and 2nd floors with architraved sash windows with glazing bars. Modern segmental arched ground floor openings.

Interior with earlier C19 staircase.
