House. Early C19, perhaps incorporating an earlier dwelling. Roughcast over rubble, bitumen covered slate roof, brick stacks gable ends. U-plan, left wing fronting road. 2 storeys, 2 bays, 16 pane sash windows with louvred shutters, entrance on rear elevation. Interior not viewed. May contain features of architectural or historical interest but primarily listed at present for its contribution to the street scene.
