Farmhouse. Dated 1809. Red sandstone random rubble, modern slate roof, coped verges, brick stacks to gable ends, lower hipped roofed addition to left, bitumen covered slates, tall brick stack rising from eaves. Plan: parallel range with service wing left, others 16 pane sash windows with central arched doorcase, 6-panel door modified in lower half, leaded fanlight, plaque above inscribed IT (John Trevelyan) 1809. This was part of the Nettlecombe estate. (Photograph in NMR).
