DONINGTON STATION STREET TF 23 NW (north side) 2/34 No .11 (William Dods) G.V. II Former cottage, now shop and office. LateCl7, altered C18 and early C19. Mud and stud, partly underbuilt in brick, thatched roof, raised brick coped and tiled gables. 2 gable and single ridge stacks. Originally lobby entry plan. Single storey plus attics, irregular 6 bay front having to right 2 planked doors, with to left a single 2 light glazing bar sash and 3 light leaded casement, and 2 single glazing bar sashes, all with cambered heads. In the roof a single 2 light diamond leaded casement dormer, with thatched eyebrow.
