Formerly 2 cottages, subsequently a beer house, now one dwelling. C16. T shape plan. Timber framed, plastered in panels, modern plaintiles with old plaintiles to rear. Single storey and attic. 2 window range, 4-light casements; central paired doorways with 2-panel doors; small segmental headed staircase window. 2 gabled dormers, internal stack with panelled sides. Left hand gable with 3 cross windows, 2 with square leaded panes. Rear wing with original red brick gable end and 3 dormers.
