CHARLBURY PARK STREET SP3519 5/74 (East side) No. 3 GV II

House. Early C18 with C19 alterations. Roughly coursed squared rubble; timber lintels; stone slate roof with clay ridge tiles; gable end chimney to left rebuilt in brick. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window range of large-paned sashes. Two 3-light horned sashes flank C20 half-glazed door.

Left gable wall has traces of (?) earlier single-storey building with small attic casement beside chimney. Interior: residual inglenook fireplace. Mid-/late C19 alterations respect the proportions of this C18 building.
