CHARLBURY PARK STREET SP3519 5/75 (East side) Nos 9 & 9A GV II

House. Late C18/early C19. Coursed squared rubble; stone slate roof. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. Central 6-panelled (2 glazed) door with panelled reveals and simple pedimented doorcase. Canted bay window to left. All windows have sashes with glazing bars under cambered stone arches. 2 gabled dormers have casements. 2 gable-end chimneys, the right one stone, the left of brick. 2 massive stepped buttresses to right.

Later C19 2-storey service wing with 4 windows at right-angles to rear.
