CHARLBURY DYER'S HILL SP3519 5/47 (North Side) 30/10/73 Nos 4 to 6 (consec.) (formerly listed as Nos 1 to 7 (consec.) Victoria Terrace) GV II

Farmhouse and barn, now terrace of 3 houses. C18, converted late C19.

Coursed squared rubble; timber lintels; stone slate roof; 3 stone chimneys (one finished in brick) and one brick stack to left. 2 storeys and attic; 5-window range of large-paned sashes. Former farmhouse (No 4, to left) has 6- panelled door and overlight in plain reveals flanked by canted bay windows. Position of former barn doors indicated by straight-joints in No 6. 5 rendered gabled dormers have casements with glazing bars. Interior not inspected.
