CHARLBURY DYER'S HILL SP3519 5/49 (North Side) Dyer's Hill House GV II

Large House. Early C19 facade to an earlier building. Coursed squared rubble; slate roof. 2-span plan. 2 storeys; 3 window range. 3 steps up to mid C19 porch on 2 Doric columns with plain entablature and moulded cornice. Panelled half-glazed door has overlight with rectilinear glazing bars. Windows have sashes with glazing bars under flat lintels with keyblocks. 4 ashlar chimneys. Interior not inspected, but noted as having vaulted cellars. Formerly known as The Poplars.
