Farmhouse c1700 red brick with plain tiled roof. Large off centre ridge stack and north end stack. 2 storeys and attic, 6 window range arranged 2-2-2 with slightly projecting wings. 3 hipped dormers. Windows with gauged brick heads and brick keystones, glazing bar sash windows to wings, cross windows in centre. Central door with shell hood and panelled door.
