2/165 Edmonds Tomb approximately - 9 metres to south of Church of The Holy Trinity

GV II

Pedestal tomb. Circa 1827. Ashlar. Square plan. Projecting base with chamfered top, roll-moulded corners, and projecting chamfered top with globe finial. Oval side panels. Inscribed to north: "Sacred/To the Memory of/WILLIAM EDMONDS/ of Pentre/who/died Augst 31 1860/Aged 70 Years." Earlier inscription illegible at time of re-survey (July 1984).
