SOUTH PEThERWIN SX28SE Bank barn immediately north 1/23 of Treguddick GV II Bank barn with water mill. Circa late C18 or early C19. Stone rubble with granite dressings. Dry slate roof with gabled ends. Rectangular on plan. An overshot water-wheel in a pit at the rear. 2 storeys. 4 doorway on ground floor with cambered dressed stone arches, that to left of centre is wider. To left and right on first floor doorways with slated canopies on timber cantilevers and shall cambered arch window between.

At rear large iron overshot water wheel in pit under lean-to and with loft doorway to left.

Interior: bolted soft-wood roof structure.
