Cottage. Mid C16 and later. Timber framed with rendered wattle and daub on brick plinth. Thatched roof. T plan with cross wing to right. Main range one storey and dormer attic. Door to right under flat hood on quatrefoil punched brackets. 2 3-light casements to left under 2 gabled dormers with plain tiles and leaded casements. Gabled roof with central ridge stack.

Rear has opposing door, one casement under hood and 2 eaves dormers with casements. Cross wing obscured by large C20 lean-to porch at west. One eaves dormer under thatch and external stack to rear gable wall. Front gable punctuated by 3 casements, 2 under hoods. Interior retains complete timber frame, beams generally with tongue stops. Main roof range with clasped tenoned butt purlins. Frame with bracing in rear bedroom. Several H hinges to doors. Rebuilt fireplace and particularly heavy bridging beam in dining room.
