House, the surviving part of a larger building (which included No.39, now rebuilt). C16, refronted in the C18. Timber-framed and roughcast; C20 tiled roof. 2 storeys, attic and cellar. One window to each storey: a sash with a single vertical glazing bar to the 1st storey and a tripartite Edwardian sash window to the ground storey. One lead-covered dormer with a C20 2-light casement window. INTERIOR not inspected, but said to contain little exposed timbering.
