WALLINGTON DEMENSE MIDDLETON NZ 08 NE 9/194 Manse adjacent to Congregational Church GV II Manse, 1877. Squared stone front, other walls rubble, with tooled-and-margined dressings and raised quoins; slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays, slightly asymmetric.

6 steps up to 6-panel door with overlight under cornice on consoles, flanked by paired sashes. Single sashes above; all windows in raised stone surrounds.

Stepped and corniced stone end stacks.
