Mews. 1862. Two storeys, stock brick, built on steep slope with the houses stepped down. Nos 1 and 35 are at the bottom of the slope, Nos 34 and 67 at the top. Ground floor consists of garage doors to uphill part of elevation; four folds. Stone lateral steps up to downhill part of elevation with iron railings. Segmental headed window on stairs. Segmental headed small door below stairs. Top floor with iron railed balcony across front, 2 sashes, central door with fanlight. Stuccoed cornice and balustrade.
Each house is stepped down and some houses are unsuitably altered with ground floors remodelled or stairs removed; some without balustrades. Buildings of unusual design and of marked picturesqueness.
