Cottage. C17, extended in similar style to left in C20. Timber framed of thin scantling with ground floor underbuilt in colourwashed brick, exposed first floor frame brick infilled. Plain tiled roof, rear pitch mainly of Horsham slabs.

Two storeys, two framed bays with rebuilt rubble and brick offset stack to right end, C2O end stack to left. Tile pentice course over ground floor. Two diamond- pane first and ground floor windows in old range with ribbed and studded door under pentice hood on brackets to left of centre. One bay extension to left with one 3-light,diamond-pane leaded casement window on each floor. Further door in right hand return front under gabled porch. Catslide outshot across rear.
