25.8.60 Fig Tree Cottage and Two Trees (Formerly listed as Spencers Cottages)

GV II

Late C17 or early C18 cottage row. Fig Tree Cottage. Two storeys and attic. Coursed rubble with concrete tile roof, brick chimneys with ashlar bases. One and 2 gabled dormers. Coped range to right. Mullion windows, on ground floor with drips. Modern gabled porch.

Two Trees: 2 windows plus half bay to left which has a bulls-eye window to first floor with drip, former doorway below now a window. Wimbourne although part of this now is not included on account of alterations.
