Early C19 3 storey 6 window severe red brick building. Sashes in plain reveals. Good doorcase with open pediment, attached Doric columns and entablature. 6-panel door and semi-circular fanlight. Plain stone string band at first floor sill level, painted. Slender moulded stone cornice at eaves. Low pitched roof of Welsh slates. Windows have cutter flat arches, glazing bars. C19 shop window on left with pilasters, frieze and cornice. Lower wing on right with 1 window.
