House. C16 with C19 wing to rear and C20 alterations. Random rubble incorporating many large boulders and quoins. Thick walls. Welsh slate roof and rebuilt brick chimneys.

L-shaped. 2 storeys with attics. Irregular openings. C20 door with flanking 4-pane sashes in raised concrete surrounds. Two 4-pane sashes on 1st floor.

Blocked C16 doorway to left with Tudor-arched head in chamfered surround; relieving arch over. Jambs of blocked original openings on 1st floor.

Gabled roof with flat coping, end stacks and 2 gabled dormers.
