Public House. Probably C18. Walls part stone, part cob, colourwashed. Thatched roof. Brick stack. Simple 2-room plan with central passage, and added room on west. Lean-to at rear. One storey and attics. Part-glazed door in brick porch.

Ground floor has three casement windows with glazing bars. Attic has four half-dormers with horizontally sliding sashes with glazing bars. Single-storey flat-roofed addition on east. Lean-to extension on west, with weather-boarded walls and corrugated asbestos roof. Simple village alehouse interior with matchboard partitions. Large fireplace in east room - built up.
