House, now offices. Early C19. Red brick with slate hipped roof and brick end stacks. 2-storey 4-window range of 2/2 sashes under painted stucco heads with raised keystones. Giant pilasters at centre and ends. Open square porch on right side has Ionic columns and entablature. Further sashes. Extension to rear.
