House, part of range of three dwellings. Early C19. coursed limestone rabble.; clay tile roof with coped verges on kneelers, ashlar end stack to left. 2 storeys and attic; 2 windows, 2 light glazing bar casements, those to left with chisel dressed ashlar surrounds. Recessed central glazed door with ashlar surround and flat hood. Forms a group with "Riverdales and the Heritage (q.v.) and Rest Cottage(q.v.).
