Shop, probably originally dwelling. Facade of c1800 but with possible earlier core. Stucco over brick with possible timber-framed core and plain tiled roof. 3 storeys, 2-window range. Inserted shop front, and passage entry to right on ground floor. Flush-framed 4-pane sash windows above, and 2-light horizontally-sliding sashes to attic below the eaves.
