15/35 Oak Inn - GV II House, now inn. Early C19 with later additions and alterations.

Painted brick, slate roof. 2 storeys, dentilled eaves cornice; 2 horizontal sliding sashes to first floor and slightly bowed multi-paned casement in centre to ground floor; this and half-glazed door to right with rectangular fanlight are set in moulded surround with carved rose emblems supported on decorated scrolled brackets; boarded door to passageway on left. Long brick range at right-angles to rear.
