6/63 Riseholme Grange II
Former house, now offices. Early C19 with C20 addition to rear.
Lined stucco with hipped slate roof having 2 brick wall stacks.
2 storey, 5 bay front, with ashlar plinth, the left hand bay being slightly recessed. The off centre 6 panelled door with traceried fanlight is covered by porch with double Doric pilasters supporting a plain entablature. To right is a glazing bar sash and to left a glazing bar sash, single casement and a painted dummy sash window. All ground floor openings have moulded architraves. To first floor are 4 glazing bar sashes with to left a further painted window. The stair hall has swept stair with wreathed handrail, straight balusters and carved string, semi-circular arch between entrance and stair hall, full cornices to rooms.
