House, formerly dairy house to Stinsford House (qv) and now part of Agricultural College. Mainly C18, but roof structure of C17 origin.

Plastered walls marked out in ashlaring. Slate roof, brick stack at right end. 2 storeys. Gabled porch with moulded bargeboard and arched opening flanked by recessed panels. Part glazed panelled door. Ground floor has 2 sashes with glazing bars. 3 similar windows on first floor. 2 storeyed rear wing, and a single storey rear lean-to, both of brick with slate roofs.
