GOUDHURST TATTLEBURY CORNER TQ 7237-7337 (south side) 15/274 Oak House GV II House. C18 or earlier. Timber framed, part exposed with roughcast infill, ground floor clad with painted brick and weather boarded on 1st floor. Plain tiled roof. Small L-shaped plan. Two storeys, with gabled wing to roadside, with garret, with one wooden casement on each floor to each elevation, with half hipped cross-wing to left. Stack to rear right, with lean-to extension.

Boarded door to rear left. Included for group value.
