SHIPDHAM HIGH STREET TF 9507 (north side) 14/90 Cedar House - II
House. Early C19. Flint with brick dressings and brick facades. Black pantile roofs. Main block square in plan with service extension and out- buildings to rear. 2 storeys. South west facade of 3 bays of sash windows with glazing bars beneath skewback arches. Ground floor windows recessed within semicircular heads containing arches. Central panelled door beneath a semicircular traceried fanlight and a rubbed brick arch of 2 orders. South east facade identical. Hipped roof with eaves.
Contemporary flint extension of 2 storeys with 3 original first floor windows to south west facade of 2 lights with mullions, transoms and metal casements beneath cambered arches. Modern replacements to ground floor.
