SHIPDHAM CHURCH CLOSE TF 9507 (south side) 14/86 House immediately east of Spinky Den 30.5.60 and the Cottage (formerly listed as part of Church Close Cottages) GV II

House. C15 - C18. Rendered timber frame with a masonry west gable-end of coursed brick and flint with tumbling-in. Extensive outbuildings in brick and clay lump to rear (not of special interest). One and a half storeys. Facade with 4 C19 2-light casement windows and a part glazed panelled front door. East gable with remains of a 2-light mullion window.

Gable-end stacks, external to east.
