House. C17, largely rebuilt to its original design, mid C20. Red sandstone random rubble, Ham stone dressings, slate roof with slight upturn, stone stacks left and right gabled ends and right of entrance. 2-storeys, 3-bays, 3-light stone mullions with leaded panes first floor, 4-light and 5-light flanking four centred arch doorway plank and stud door, all with square headed drip moulds and all rebuilt mid C20.
