House, early C18; a former plaster date 1721 (not apparent at date of survey) probably recorded the construction date. 3-cell plan. One storey and attics.

Timber-framed and plastered. Thatched roof with axial chimney of red brick.

One eyebrow casement dormer. A C19 small-pane casement and a C20 flat-roofed splayed bay window. C19 or C20 boarded entrance door. C18 framing fully exposed internally, with primary-braced studding. Major reuse of C16 components, including chamfered large floor joists in service cell to right (In 19 Henry VIII the tenement was granted by Walter Copinger to Andreas Ellyce).
