Two houses, built as one in early C17; a lower C18 range to left. Two storeys and one storey with attics. Timber-framed and roughcast. Thatched roofs; Bennets has one C19 eyebrow casement dormer. C17 axial chimney of narrow red bricks; C19 cap with sawtooth band. Bennets has small-pane casements, including 3 early C19 windows with very small panes. Bennets has two early C19 boarded entrance doors. Ye Olde Guildhall has mid C20 casements and a thatched gabled entrance porch with boarded door. The 2-cell higher section has plain framing with lambstongue chamfer-stops and side purlin roof with principal rafters. To right is a further cell added in mid C20. Much reuse of C15/C16 timber.
