Farmhouse and barn. Early C19. English garden wall bond brickwork on painted stone plinth with painted V-jointed quoins; Welsh slate roof with eaves modillions; barn has graduated greenslate roof, brick chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays; lower 2-storey barn to right. 4-panel door with glazed radial fanlight in pilastered surround with segmental brick arch. Single-pane sash windows in painted architraves. Barn: ground floor casement window in painted stone surround; flanking slit vents and vents above.
