A group of houses, late C19. Red brick with plain tiled, half-hipped roofs.

Partly 2 storeys and part attics. Applied timber framing on pebble-dash. Mixed fenestration to the upper floor windows with pointed arches, those to ground floor mullion and transome: all casements with glazing bars. Gabled porches with plain tiles; elaborate tympanum and posts. Gault brick band. Moulded brick stacks. Included for group value.
